Cookies and tracking technologies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. During your first visit, a consent banner managed by our service provider Axeptio allows you to accept, refuse or select non-essential cookies. Refusing cookies is as easy as accepting them and does not prevent you from using the website.
Axeptio records your choice (acceptance, refusal or selection by purpose) and its date so that we can demonstrate that your consent has been obtained. No tracking technologies requiring consent are placed on your device until you have made your choice.
- Strictly necessary cookies (website operation, bookings, remembering your choices): placed without consent.
- Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics): placed only with your consent.
- Advertising and social media cookies (Meta for Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads): placed only with your consent.
Your choice is retained for 6 months. Tracking technologies requiring consent have a maximum lifespan of 13 months, and the data they collect is retained for a maximum of 25 months.
You can change your preferences at any time by clicking on the Axeptio icon displayed at the bottom of each page, or via the “Manage my cookies” link in the website footer.
Security of your data
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data: individual and restricted access to the hotel management software, payments processed by PCI DSS-certified service providers, and secure connections (HTTPS) on the website.
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to you, we notify the CNIL within 72 hours and, if the risk is high, we inform you directly.
We will never ask you for your bank card details by email, SMS or messaging services. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from the hotel, please contact us on +33 1 70 61 08 33.
