At La Table de La Coudraie, the cuisine is, above all, about flavour and sharing. Every dish is prepared on the premises by chef Sébastien Crison, using fresh, seasonal produce.
Everything here is homemade. The chef selects ingredients he knows and loves to work with, bringing out their flavours with simplicity and precision. The cuisine is authentic and indulgent, designed to be shared around a beautiful table.
A menu that changes with the seasons
To ensure that every visit is a unique experience, the menu changes every three months. It follows the rhythm of the seasons, the produce available and the chef’s inspiration. Seasonal produce, fresh ideas and delicious combinations: this ever-changing menu allows you to discover new flavours all year round. The cuisine remains vibrant, true to its surroundings and the spirit of the place.
Sébastien Crison, a Michelin-starred chef at the helm
Trained in Normandy, he went on to make a name for himself in Paris working alongside renowned chefs such as Philippe Renard (Lutétia), Alain Dutournier (Carré des Feuillants), Cyril Robert (Saint James-Club) and Frank Charpentier (L’Étoile, Warwick Hotel, then Scribe). He continued his career in London under Bruno Loubet, before joining the Scribe Hotel, where he became executive chef and earned a Michelin star for the hotel’s “Le Lumière” restaurant in Paris.
Today, Sébastien Crison is in charge of the menu at the bistronomic restaurant Le Moulin and at La Table de La Coudraie in Montévrain, where he has found the perfect setting to showcase his talent.

On sunny days, our large outdoor terrace becomes a real hub of activity. Surrounded by enclosed grounds, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful lunch or dinner, surrounded by nature in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

La Table de La Coudraie is a warm and family-friendly place. Children are welcome, and the setting is naturally suited to them. After your meal, it’s easy to linger a while. Our bar stays open all afternoon so you can enjoy a coffee, a drink or a cocktail whilst looking out over the garden.
There are also games available for all ages: mölkky, pétanque and board games.
