In Montévrain, in the Seine-et-Marne department, La Coudraie is a 3-star hotel situated opposite the River Marne, set in the heart of a large garden. It is a place where tranquillity comes naturally, far removed from the hectic pace of everyday life.
Parc Astérix is about 50 km away, a 45-minute drive via the A1 motorway. Close enough for a day trip, yet far enough away that, on your return, you can once again enjoy the peace and quiet of the place.

Our 20 air-conditioned rooms, which have been carefully renovated, have been designed with this in mind. With high-quality bedding, en-suite bathrooms and a soothing atmosphere, each room invites you to relax and unwind, whilst the garden and the banks of the Marne are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to savour the moment.
The next morning, breakfast is served from 7.30 am: crispy pastries, fresh bread from La Ferme de la Baleine, farmhouse yoghurts and homemade jams. A simple yet generous buffet, designed to get your day off to a good start.

In the evening, look no further. La Table de La Coudraie welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch and dinner, as well as on Sunday lunchtimes, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In the kitchen, chef Sébastien Crison creates a menu featuring 100% home-made dishes, using fresh, seasonal produce that he carefully selects to bring out their true flavours. His cuisine is hearty and authentic, designed to be savoured at a leisurely pace. On sunny days, the large terrace opening onto the garden is the perfect spot for al fresco dining, surrounded by nature.
In the afternoon, the bar remains open for a coffee, a cocktail or a bite to eat, either in the peaceful setting of our enclosed garden or in our restaurant.
Between days out at the park, the Marne as a playground
If your stay lasts several days, La Coudraie has plenty to offer to help you make the most of your time between visits.
Bicycles are available to hire from our team. The cycle paths running alongside the Marne are accessible and pleasant, ideal for a ride with family, friends or as a couple. Book in advance to hire one of our canoes and explore the river in a different way, setting off from the hotel’s private jetty.
In the garden, there are games for all ages: Mölkky, pétanque, table tennis and badminton. You settle in, take your time, and the hours fly by with surprising ease.
For those looking to take their relaxation to the next level, our wellness area features a hot tub and a solid wood sauna, situated on the terrace with unobstructed views of the fields and the surrounding countryside. It’s the perfect setting to fully recharge your batteries after a busy day.
